Bestdose troubleshooting

Post by vincentng » Sun Dec 11, 2016 4:28 pm

Hi there,

I was playing around with best dose on a vancomycin patient and encountered this error which I was hoping to get some help with:

Error in data.frame(Date = c(dates(alldosedts), dates(max(allconcdts))), :
arguments imply differing number of rows: 17, 15

Is there a PMCheck equivalent for best dose?
The past and future files are attached

The R run that I used was:
> setwd("~/Documents/BestDose/HM Vancomycin")
> setBDpref("d/m/y")
> bd1 <- bestdose(drug="vancomycin",optimize=T,past="pdata.csv",future="fdata.csv",
+ nextdose="28/10/16 0:00",dose=4000,idelta=15)

Any tips would be greatly appreciated! I'm pretty new to this.

No equivalent of PMcheck unfortunately. This can be a bit maddening to track down (and is why this is beta only) try looking at dates and times carefully in the pdata file and also make sure the nextdose argument to the bestdose function call is later than any date/time in pdata. If all else fails, try remaking the pdata file.
