ERROR: The prob. of observed concentrations, is 0.

Post by anhquan1995 » Sun Mar 10, 2019 7:22 am

Hello,

When I run the model, I have this error

"ERROR REPORT
FOR SUBJECT, 1 THE PROB. OF THE OBSERVED CONCENTRATIONS (FOR THE INDICATED DOSAGE REGIMEN), GIVEN EACH AND EVERY GRID POINT IN THE ESTABLISHED GRID, IS 0. THE PROGRAM STOPS. THE USER SHOULD CONSIDER INCREASING THE NO. OF GRID POINTS ALLOWED (HARDCODED INTO MAIN), AND/OR NARROWING THE GRID BOUNDARIES OF THE VARIABLES, AND/OR INCREASING THE SIZES OF (C0,C1,C2,C3), THE ASSAY NOISE COEFFICIENTS. ALL OF THESE CHANGES WILL HAVE THE EFFECT OF MAKING SOME OF THE ABOVE CONDITIONAL PROBABILITES LARGER."

I have try to increase the number of grid points by "indpts" but it hasn't changed anything.

Please help me to solve this error.

Thank you.

Quan

This is one of several possibilities. You have an error in your model file such that predictions are not correctly calculated (e.g. Y(1)=X(2)/V for a one compartment model with no compartment 2). You have an error in your data file (e.g. no observations for a subject). You have a model that doesn’t fit your data for subject 1 at all.

The most likely is #1, where you have an error in your model file.
